ULRIXA has always been deeply sensitive to the auras of others — almost to the point where she believed she could see them. She imagined these auras as floating clouds surrounding a person, a colorful depiction of how someone feels. A portrait without a nose, mouth, or eyes. A face without features. Inspired by the energy of those around her, ULRIXA embarked on a journey to discover her own energy.
Using AI, ULRIXA created a series of self-portraits in which her physical features dissolve, revealing a representation of her aura. Shown in this installation are the different depictions of this aura printed on organza.
